Security Information

The Renfield St Stephen's Centre* is open to the public and so the contact centre has no control over who may be admitted to the building outside of the contact centre rooms. However, the contact centre itself has a secure door that will only be opened by a member of staff when the doorbell is rung.

For parents who do not wish to meet there is a waiting room, which offers privacy to those families who request it.

A register is kept by the volunteers, recording the date and times that contact took place. It also records who brought the child as well as phone messages explaining absence.

*The Renfield St Stephen's Centre has security cameras in operation throughout the centre
